These terms explain how Zyra Haven works and what you can expect from us. By using our website, creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

Zyra Haven is operated by Zyra Haven Pty Ltd (ABN 68 942 366 437) ("we", "us", "our").
Zyra Haven is an online marketplace. We connect clients with independent hair, beauty and wellness professionals and salons ("professionals"). We do not perform the services ourselves. Each professional is an independent business and is responsible for the services they provide.
When you book, you choose a professional, a service, and an available date and time, then pay a deposit. Your booking is a request to that professional. The professional may confirm, reschedule or decline it. If they decline, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Please check the service, price, date, time and location before you pay. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
To cancel, contact us at admin@zyrahaven.com.au with your name, booking date and professional. Refunds go back to your original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Professionals are responsible for the quality and safety of their services, including patch tests, hygiene, licences and insurance. Please tell your professional about any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before your service.
If you have a problem with a service, please raise it with the professional first. If you can't resolve it, contact us and we will try to help.
If you join Zyra Haven as a stylist, salon or other professional, you also agree that:

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 10:
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We share your booking details with the professional you book so they can provide your service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using Zyra Haven after a change, the updated terms apply.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Zyra Haven Pty Ltd (ABN 68 942 366 437) collects, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
CONTENTS
When you book: your name, email address, the professional, service, date and time you choose, and your deposit payment.
If you create an account: your first and last name, email address and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form; we cannot see them.
If you leave a review: your star rating and comments.
If you join as a professional: your name, email, mobile number, business name, suburb, state, postcode, years of experience, services, prices, availability, bio, Instagram handle, portfolio photos and, if you choose to add it, your business street address. Your business address is shown publicly on your profile with a map.
Card details: these go directly to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Some of our service providers, including Stripe, Supabase and Railway, may store or process your information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers with strong security practices.
We use secure connections, encrypted passwords and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the regulator as required by law.
We keep your information while your account is active or while we need it to provide our services. Some records, such as payment records, are kept for longer where the law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Zyra Haven is intended for people aged 18 and over. Younger clients should book with a parent or guardian's permission.

Zyra Haven began with a feeling I think many of us know too well. Last-minute dinner plans, and nowhere to get my hair done. A makeup artist cancelling at the last minute, and no idea who I could trust to step in.
Finding a great stylist shouldn't depend on luck, endless scrolling or waiting for replies. So I imagined one beautiful place where you could discover trusted professionals and book them in moments, even on short notice.
Then I realised it goes both ways. Professionals face the same frustration from the other side: empty slots, last-minute cancellations, and talent that too few people get to see. Zyra Haven helps them fill those gaps, be discovered by new clients, and grow on their own terms.
That's the haven I set out to build. One where clients and professionals find each other, beautifully.
